Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work you'll do
As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will:
- Operationalizing approved Knowledge Management (KM) processes within the surface maintenance and modernization environment.
- Bringing surface maintenance and modernization expertise into KM process development and continuous improvement.
- Validating that KM processes are practical, usable, and aligned with Project Team and waterfront workflows.
- Translating KM process requirements into operational and system implementation requirements.
- Coordinating with the Metrics Lead to ensure KM processes generate the information needed to measure performance and adoption.
- Coordinating with the Communication Lead to ensure users receive the information needed to understand and execute KM processes.
- Identifying operational, system, communication, and measurement barriers to effective knowledge sharing and recommending improvements to the KMSO.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of Knowledge Management experience
- Ability to work on site 3-4 days a week in Hampton Roads, VA
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Process Improvement
- Prior military experience highly preferred
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Richmond, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
